Shipping
Typically, orders will arrive within 2-5 business days after you place your order. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
We ship to 48 states in the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product or experience, we will do everything we can to make things right.
Our food is 100% all-natural and minimally processed, so odor, color, and texture can vary. If you believe you received a defective item, please hold onto the item and let us know within 3 days after delivery. We may ask for pictures and further explanation.
Our pets have taste and smell preferences just like humans. We do not consider a pet’s refusal to eat the food, treat or bone as a valid reason for return. In these instances, please let us know because we always want you and your pets to be happy. We will do what we can to make things right!
We do not accept returns under $10 but you are welcome to ship the product back to us at your expense with a shipping carrier of your choice. Depending on the price of the product(s) being returned, there will be a return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for the product(s) being returned:
$10-$49.99: $5.99 return shipping fee
$50-$99.99: $9.99 return shipping fee
$100+: $15.99 return shipping fee
