If you have product concerns, please hold onto all product (food), original packaging, and the receipt. When completing the Contact Form, please provide the lot code from the packaging. Someone from our team will be in touch. We may request pictures of the food and detailed explanation of the issue to help our Quality Assurance Team review.

For products not purchased from our online store, returns/exchanges are handled by your pet retailer. Please note, most retailers will only honor requests for refund or exchange within 30 days or less from the date of purchase, and may require product in original packaging and the receipt.
